Body Contouring (Non Surgical)

Nonsurgical body contouring treatments are procedures that destroy fat cells in various ways. All treatments aim to reduce or remove stubborn pockets of fat without surgery in different areas of the body, such as the abdomen, thighs, bottom, thighs and upper arms.

Surgical liposuction procedures differ from nonsurgical body contouring primarily because nonsurgical fat removal treatments do not require incisions, stitches, anesthesia or lengthy recovery times. Non invasive fat removal procedures aren’t intended to be weight loss solutions. Some of the procedures work by freezing fat cells, others use penetrated heat through radiofrequency and more. Once the fat has been moved outside cells, the lipose is assimilated by the body and eventually removed via natural processes. Instead of being a weight-loss solution, nonsurgical body contouring treatments supplement in lifestyle shifts, helping you along your self-love journey.

There are virtually little to no side effects. Patients report minimal discomfort with no down time. The only sensation some patients report is an “awareness” of something on the skin, perhaps a slight tingling, but never pain. The best candidates for nonsurgical fat reduction treatments are those who have particular problem areas (e.g., muffin top), but are not morbidly overweight. Patients must be willing to undergo a strict diet and light cardio both before and after treatments.

Here are types of non-surgical treatments that Taime Out provides for non surgical fat removal:

How long do these results last?

This is one of the biggest questions we get. It is important to point out that nothing in this life is permanent and anything achieved must be maintained. If you achieve amazing results in the gym and just stop working, your results fade. If you dye your hair and it grows out, the colors must be reapplied. If you get braces to adjust your teeth, a retainer must be worn to hold the results firm. Nonsurgical body contouring treatments are no different. It’s important to keep in mind that nonsurgical fat reduction should be accompanied by a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. This will help you to maximize and maintain results.

Maderoterapia

Our treatments offer more than relaxation—they can offer results without invasive procedures. Taime Out Massage Studios offers a wide array of spa treatments that can help you slim, tone and contour your entire body.Maderoterapia is one of them. More commonly know as wood therapy, this holistic massage technique can enhance weight loss and body toning efforts. We use a number of advanced smoothed wooden tools to target cellulite, facilitate natural detoxification processes, and tone muscle and skin.

What Exactly is Wood Therapy?

It is 100% natural, chemical free, & void of any contraindications. Proper use of anatomically designed wood instruments with application of adequate pressure intensifies the breakdown of fat and fibrosis cellulite, therefore it can be eliminated naturally with other toxins. With ultrasound cellulite reduction or liposuction we are only focusing on the problem, without elimination its cause. If we just remove fat, we didn’t change anything in our body function. With Wood Therapy is different. Maderoterapia stimulates blood circulation and lymph drainage, accelerates metabolism, therefore its effects lasts longer then therapy itself.

Ultrasound Cavitation

Taime Out is on a mission to help you look better and feel better. If looking better includes losing inches from your tummy, hips, thighs, buttocks, etc., we can help you achieve noticeable results without breaking a sweat. We offer ultrasound cavitation body contouring, also called non-invasive lipo, to melt away fat while you relax.

Cavitation Body Contouring Treatment History

The use of ultrasonic waves to break up cellulite deposits is a relatively new technology. The first non-surgical liposuction device received FDA approval in 2010.

The Ultrasound Cavitation Treatment Process

Lipo cavitation also targets fat deposits, but the procedure is non-invasive and has virtually no side effects or recovery time.

Lipo cavitation uses ultrasound—sound waves—to break up fat cells stubbornly clinging below the skin. The fat cell membrane is disintegrated, and the body’s natural detoxifying processes take care of the rest. The ultrasound frequency used only affects fat cells, so no other tissues are damaged during treatment.

What To Expect During Body Contouring Treatment

Taime Out makes body contouring treatment as luxurious as any of our services. We make you comfortable and take the time to ensure you understand the procedure, which takes about an hour, and after-care instruction (you’ll receive a written copy).

The week following your lipo cavitation treatment will reveal amazing results as your body rids itself of excess fat. For best results, you should undergo a series of 12 to 16 sessions (one- two session per week). The number of sessions depends on client goals as well as other factors, including overall health, genetics and diet.

Your therapist may recommend other products that can help tone and tighten skin over the treated areas for even more dramatic contouring results.

Benefits Of Ultrasound Cavitation Treatment

Lipo cavitation offers a number of esthetic benefits, including:

  • Reduced fat in problem areas (most commonly targeting cellulite and loose skin on hips, thighs, buttocks, tummy and arms)
  • Tightened and toned skin
  • Improve metabolism

Because ultrasound cavitation is a non-invasive procedure, clients do not experience the risks or pain associated with surgery or require extensive recovery time. You will see results after each treatment session.

Cavitation Body Contouring Preparations And Contraindications:

  • Lipo cavitation is a revolutionary treatment, but it is not for everyone.
  • Cavitation therapy may be contraindicated for those who:
    • Have/had cardiac health issues
    • Have/had cancer

Oscillation Therapy

How does vibration therapy work?

There are two main types of vibration therapy: whole-body and localized.

    • During whole-body vibration therapy, your therapist will ask you to stand, sit, or lay on a machine supported by a vibrating platform.
    • During localized vibration therapy, your therapist will place a hand-held vibrating device on individual locations, ie- shoulders, sides, abdomen, lower back.

When the vibrations are transmitted to your body, they cause your muscles to contract and relax— stimulating your lymphatic system, and to aide in the healing process.

Benefits of Oscillation Therapy

Benefits of whole-body and localized vibration therapy have a range of health benefits that can help with:

  • improve muscle mass
  • improve circulation
  • reduce joint pain
  • reduce back pain
  • alleviate stress
  • boost metabolism
  • boost immune system and healing

Where did it come from?

In 1867, Russian physician and inventor Gustav Zander developed an apparatus that used weights and pulleys to create a sense of vibration. Its purpose was therapeutic. In 1895, Dr. John Harvey Kellogg implemented vibration therapy in his health practice. Using a vibrating chair he developed himself, he discovered it could help improve circulation, alleviate metabolic constipation, and natural detoxing.

Every session starts out with tectonic systemic oscillation.

Why?

Starting each session by stimulating the lymphatic system allows the body to spend the session collecting free floating toxins, fat cells, and free radicals. Circulation increases aiding in the homeostasis process. This is for postOp and nonsurgical.

Electro Stimulation Therapy

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with the pain of fibromyalgia, or looking to amp up your muscle mass stimulation for gains and growth, you may benefit from electrical stimulation, or e-stim.E-stim sends mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured areas of trauma or manipulate nerves to reduce pain. This treatment is also great for stimulating muscle contraction for natural detoxing and metabolic activation.

What is E-Stim?

E-stim uses electrical pulses to mimic the action of signals coming from neurons (cells in your nervous system). These mild electrical currents target either muscles or nerves. E-stim therapy for Sx recovery sends signals to targeted areas to make them contract. By causing repeated muscle contractions, blood flow improves, helping repair injured tissue.

Those muscles also improve their strength through repeated cycles of contraction and relaxation. E-stim can also “train” muscles to respond to the body’s natural signals to contract. This is an especially helpful benefit for muscle growth (such as abs or glutes). The type of e-stim that focuses on pain relief sends signals on a different wavelength so they reach the nerves, rather than the muscles.

What are the main types of E-Stim?

TENS

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) may be used for chronic (long-term) pain as well as for acute (short-term) pain. Electrodes are placed on the skin near the source of the pain. Signals are sent through nerve fibers to block or at least reduce the pain signals traveling to the brain.

EMS

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) uses a slightly stronger current than TENS to get muscles to contract. The unit’s electrodes (also placed on the skin near the affected muscles) cause rhythmic contractions. This can improve muscle strength if the user attempts to contract the muscle simultaneously.

ESTR

In addition to EMS and TENS, Electrical stimulation for tissue repair (ESTR) helps reduce swelling, increase circulation, and speed up wound healing.

Who is this for:

  • post surgical clients
  • Nonsurgical clients looking to burn fat and grow muscle mass
  • Client’s struggling with swell hell
  • Clients recovering from a sports like injury

E-stim may not be appropriate for everyone, but for many people this painless procedure is accelerating recovery and providing relief from painful or uncomfortable symptoms. Your therapy team will discuss whether this form of treatment will be included in your service package.

Cryolipolysis

Over the years, you may have tried various diet and exercise plans to eliminate stubborn fat that proved to be unsuccessful. Getting rid of unwanted fat and extra fluid is still within reach when other efforts are combined with the science of Cryolipolysis. What is Cryolipolysis?Cryolipolysis is the only FDA-cleared procedure to use controlled cooling to safely target and eliminate diet-and exercise-resistant fat.Freeze away fat? It comes down to science.Fat cells freeze at higher temperatures than surrounding tissues. Cryolipolysis technology safely delivers precisely controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin. The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), and then die by destroying the nucleus of the fat cell. Over time, your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells, leaving a more sculpted you. This fat freezing procedure is completely non-surgical, so you can typically return to work and normal activities immediately. Cryolipolysis results are proven, noticeable, and lasting, so you’ll look and feel great from every angle. At Taime Out, we will develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your problem areas.

Your individualized treatment plan will be tailored to your body & your goals. With over one million Cryolipolysis treatments performed worldwide, it is proven to be a safe and effective treatment for non-surgical fat reduction.

How Long Does it Take to See Results?

In the weeks and months following your procedure, your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells. Once the treated fat cells are gone, they’re gone for good. You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your treatment, and will experience the most dramatic results after two months. But your body will still flush out fat cells and continues doing so for up to four to six months after your treatment.

iLipo Laser

Our clients love laser lipo because treatment is convenient, requiring little to no down time and no recovery, and the results last.

Using Award winning and Leading Non-Surgical Fat Reduction & Body-shaping technology manufactured by Energist Ltd; iLipo laser is a safe and effective light-based treatment that precisely targets fat cells under the skin, destroying up to 24% of treated fat each treatment. Over time, these damaged fat molecules and deposits are naturally absorbed and removed from the body, with results seen as quickly as six weeks, and optimal results typically seen at 12 weeks.

How does it Work?

With the use of ultrasonic radio frequency technology, iLipo Emits low levels of laser energy, which creates a chemical signal in the fat cells, breaking down the stored triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol and releasing them though channels in the cell membranes. Our technicians can now treat fat deposits safely and quickly. Because you should not have any pain, you do not need to prepare in advance, nor should you experience any discomfort during or after your treatment. For optimal results, you should have between one and five sessions of laser lipo for weight loss and contouring.

Lets Talk Treatment Areas

iLipo laser treatments can be used on several areas of the body to remove fat and smooth the silhouette without surgery, which is why so many people are looking to this safe and effective method to make a difference in their weight loss journey. Here are some of the more common treatment areas:

  • Abdomen
  • Buttocks
  • Love handles
  • Thighs
